System-wide on-time performance is at 64.7% for the month of February 2023. Out of 107 total routes, 27 routes exceeded on-time performance at 80% and 1 performed under 50%. Rail construction on the Dillingham corridor has been affecting many of our routes that run into Honolulu on Dillingham Boulevard, Nimitz Highway and King Street.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including on-time performance monthly.

-       Route 416 rerouted westbound and eastbound.

We continue to work with DTS on bus service integration with rail service for the near future.
